Born and raised in Antigua, Chef Andrea George’s cooking is rooted in her culture’s influence and a focus on eating fresh and locally grown foods. Founder of Rapid Gourmet, she aims to transform healthy and wholesome foods into delicious culinary renditions. Through Rapid Gourmet she also offers a line of gourmet products, catering, meal prep and grab-and-go meals.
Raised in a military family by an Italian mother and Polish father, Chef Deborah Kudelka spent her formative years living and traveling abroad across Europe, developing her love of combining flavors from truly fresh ingredients. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from Le Cordon Blue, she is now a private chef with over 25 years of experience in the food industry.
A veteran of the food pop-up scene, Chef Elna Kolarich founded Sarap Atlanta in 2011 due to the lack of representation of Filipino American and Asian American-inspired comfort food. In 2021, she expanded with the creation of Baolicious ATL, which specializes in traditional and non-traditional siopaos, Filipino steam buns.
Chef Christian Lopez is a first-generation Colombian American and founder of HUMO, a food experience serving up inspired Latin American cuisine. Named for Christian’s favorite cooking method, smoking, HUMO aspires to share the rich flavors of the Latin American diaspora—from Colombian ceviche to Caribbean pernil.
Hailing from Trinidad, an island rich with diverse culture and flavor, Chef Marlena Joseph was inspired from a young age by her Grandma’s delectable culinary fare. Since then, her passion has grown and today she infuses her love for blending seasonings into dishes that delight.
A self-proclaimed ‘Urban Foodie,’ Chef Michele K. Tompkins founded Roots & Culture Craft Kitchen in 2022 where she serves re-imagined southern cuisine with diverse global influences. Her bohemian approach to food draws inspiration from her travel experiences, Caribbean background, and familial influence to craft combinations that are both eclectic and cool.
Primarily specializing in West African and Caribbean cuisines, Chef Wellington Onyenwe unique approach centers on crafting a memorable culinary experience through creative cultural fusions with influences spanning the globe. Founder of ShamisoFoods, Dr. Onywenwe is a graduate of the University of California-Berkeley’s Molecular and Food Additives Program and has apprenticed under many culinary experts.
Yohana Solomon is a pioneer of Atlanta’s underground food scene. Before co-founding Chow Club in 2017, she organized the Atlanta Underground Market for over 5 years.
Inspired from a young age by her mother’s cooking and the fellowship that can be shaped by a meal, Yohana is passionate about creating opportunities and a community in which up-and-coming chefs can thrive.
